   HOW WE DO IT   >   THE WORK PROCESS   

 

 

1) A CUP OF JOE. Every new client relationship starts with a simple conversation–in person, over the phone, by webcam, however. Here we'll get an idea of where you want to go, how you want to get there, and if there is a way we can help. We'll talk about goals, budgets, timetables, and more. This talk will be followed by others and at the end, if we both feel a good fit is there, we'll make a formal agreement


2) "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"  Included in that agreement will be time and money allotted for the creation of your evolution plan, which guides our work, and ensures that the end results are what we have agreed to deliver. The larger the scope of our work, the bigger and more influential this plan will become.


3) CALLING ALL GROUPIES. After an evolution plan is in place, we get the people needed to execute it. We call on our network of pros, coordinate their involvement and oversee their work.


4) JUST DO IT. The time has come to do what we have been paid to do—help you evolve. Sometimes it is a single project, other times it involves long-term efforts, broken into stages and a lot of communication between us and you.


5) FINAL EXAM. We've now completed the project or some stage of it. We sit down with you to evaluate how it was done, if it achieved the objectives, and where we need to go next. (We know, whew, but we'll do most of the heavy lifting for you.)
