Pegs and holes.
Some firms try
to stretch the knowledge and skills of
their people to fit the needs of their clients. But no matter how hard they try,
they just can't put a square peg in a round hole. And even if they have the right
bunch of holes and pegs, it doesn't make sense if they are just sitting around. To
solve this problem, just as we do for our clients, we changed our own world.
With
advances in technology as the catalyst, we've built our company using a network of experts across
many disciplines that can be incorporated into our Groups based on need. In
the picture to the left, for ex- ample, a client has called on us
to develop a new inter- active marketing campaign. Now the client
could call on four or five different companies to get the job done,
but they chose to have us put together a team and manage everything
under one roof. This not only results in greater cost savings, but
also a much more successful project.
In addition
to having access to some of the best and brightest in the
world, our model is also unique because we don't make these pros just sit
and "wait their turn." Instead we
get them sharing their knowledge, experienc- es, and creativity right from the
start, with the end result often being imaginative solutions only possible in
such an environment. Now that's collaboration.
