The absolute key to coming up with on-target insights is to go into every situation with an open-mind. Although it sounds like common sense, we often let pre-conceived notions and assumptions cloud our ability to see things clearly.   • We utilize numerous sources of statistics and secondary data to paint an overview picture of a situation from which specific questions can be poised.
  • Opportunity analysis:  Consistent monitoring of social and cultural changes and shifts in trends which may provide new opportunities for innovations.

 

  • Monitoring numerous outlets used by members of the public for expressing their opinion. This allows clients to gain a better understanding of how they and their product and services are truly being perceived in the marketplace.
  • Early, hands-on assessment of new products and services with target end-users, designers, developers, and other relevant Group members. This allows for more intuitive development and reduces possibility of an incorrect assumption being put into the final result.
