Breeds Agility Breeds Innovation
Just as the need for flexibility of thought is crucial to innovation, so too is the flexibility of our process. Below are a few of the methods we employ:
- Internal review: Analysis of client's thought process, product and service pipeline, structure, strengths and weaknesses.
- External review: Often done in conjunction with the Insight Group, a large number of external factors such as market trends, user attitudes and behavior, and real world product/service applications are studied and conclusions developed.
- Team build and implementation: Based on final decision, necessary team members are assigned and prototyping, beta versions, or strategic testing are begun.
- Groupthink: Gathering experts from a variety of relevant fields to clearly define problems, opportunities, and specifications for brainstorming.
- Idea mapping: Idea generation technique that allows for making connections between seemingly unrelated concepts. From these connections potential innovations are discovered and sent on for further analysis.
- Idea Trial: Group process where the merits of a particular innovation are defended based on research data, expert analysis and "testimony," and potential success in real world application.
