   Aside from each of the above statements being pretty far into the world of negativity, they all could have been avoided had those offending companies taken the time to ensure that they were achieving the highest level of quality in every facet of their operations—which when taken as a sum of their parts, defines the user experience.

    As an extension of our holistic approach, Experiential Design is a powerful way of looking at the world of our clients, through the eyes of their customers, users, or audiences. It breaks apart all of the interactions a user would have with a company: it's products or services, its marketing, staff, support, etc., and looks for areas where the user-experience is likely to fall off the tracks, so to speak. Often times, however, simple changes on the part of a company can yield huge increases in the satisfaction of customers, which translates into return visits or purchases or sharing their experience with others.
