SAME 'OL, SAME 'OL. Change is hard, we get that. But we also know that getting bogged down in the daily grind of making a bus- iness go without ever looking toward the future is a recipe for fail- ure. Now sure, there is no future if the company fails today, but if you're unwilling to make decisions with a forward view, then we're not for you.

QUICK HIT. Along the same thinking as above, if you want us to help you unload merchandise or make some quick money, only to shutter your doors a second later, then again, we are not for you. We work for clients who are interested in the long-term, for companies or organizations that want to create jobs, to be innovative, and to become positive players in the new world.

KICKING AND SCREAMING. One last time for good measure, change is hard. It's hard because it sometimes requires spending time and money now, for benefits that may not be seen until later—sometimes much later. For some, that is just not built into their DNA, as they consider that kind of investment in the future as an expense that can be cut at any moment with no consequence. We disagree with that thinking and work best with clients who feel the same.

DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY. The work we do often requires cre- ative thinking, which needs a relaxed environment to spark and nur- ture the ideation process. But don't mistake that for a lack of pro- fession- alism, because we do take our work very seriously. But, if our demeanor is off-putting, then...wait for it...we're not for you.
